Booking Terms & Conditions for Online Events and Public Courses

Booking

Bookings can be made via our website or as advertised on alternative platforms such as Eventbrite / Facebook / LinkedIn. You will receive your booking confirmation as soon as we receive your payment.

Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.  We currently use PayPal to process payments, however, alterative platforms used to book our services may use other methods. Please note that we do not retain any of your card details.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for services booked outside the Landell Fraser website.

Cancellation Policy – Online Events

All cancellations must be notified in writing. The following rates become payable if you cancel your booking.

Within 7 days: Full fee
Between 8 – 14 days: 50% of fee
More than 14 days: 15% of the course fee as an administration charge.

Cancellation Policy – Public Face-to-Face Courses

Within 14 days: Full fee
Between 15 – 28 days: 50% of fee
More than 28 days: 15% of the course fee as an administration charge.

Substitute Delegates or Rescheduling Your Course

If you cannot attend the course, please contact us as soon as possible as you may be able to nominate a substitute person to attend in your place. We may also be able to book you onto an alternative course.

Joining Instructions

For online events, you should receive the joining instructions and link at least 3 days before your course start date. Please let us know by emailing events@landellfraser.com if you have not received them at least 24 hours before the event begins.

The joining instructions for all other courses will be sent out at least 7 days before the date of the course.  Please let us know if you do not receive them at least 3 days before the start date.

Programme Changes

Landell Fraser reserves the right to change the advertised programme without prior notice. Where this is necessary, we will give you as much notice as possible.

Cancellations

On rare occasions we may have to cancel an event or course due to unforeseen circumstances. Where cancellation is due solely to Landell Fraser, fees will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for any other expenses or consequential loses which remain the sole responsibility of the delegate or person contracting with Landell Fraser.

Travel Documents

Please note that all non-UK citizens traveling to the UK or any other country to attend our face-to-face courses, must ensure they have the correct travel documents before entering the country. Failure to do so may result in you being denied access into the relevant country and we will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, incurred as a result of you being unable to attend the course. Please contact the relevant embassy or authorities for further details.

Covid-19 Safe Environments

All of our public courses are currently suspended in line with Government instructions.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Landell Fraser handles all data in accordance with The Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

Taxes

All courses and services exclude taxes such as VAT, unless otherwise stated.
