Emotional Intelligence for New Professionals and Graduates

Everyone is in control of and responsible for their actions. What we feel is determined by our internal interpretation of events. At a basic level, emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to detect, recognise and control your feelings.    This course will help develop emotional skills and behaviours and provides a starting point for self-analysis, encouraging participants to take their first steps to developing a more emotionally intelligence approach to achieving greater professional success.
