You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting associates@landellfraser.com, and we will erase your data accordingly.

We do not use your information for any automated decision-making or profiling that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you within the meaning of Article 22 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation. Where we use artificial intelligence or similar technology to support the initial review of applications, a member of our team makes the final decision on your suitability, and you can request human review of any output at any stage.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to request that we transfer your data to another organisation.
